Patricia L Davis was born and raised in the Gallatin Valley, located in southwestern Montana. Patti has been involved in ranching and agriculture her whole life. Raised on a registered Angus ranch where many life skills were learned and engrained.

Patti is a licensed real estate broker in Montana. Patti sells any type of property but specializes in listing and selling of farms and ranch land, as well as recreational properties.

Patti received her ALC (Accredited Land Consultant Designation) from the Realtor's Land Institute.
